Here’s a little motivation to review your water intake!! I just love this picture!! A good general rule is 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water EVERYday (ie: 100 lb person should drink at least 50 oz of water). Other non-water liquids (tea, soda, coffee, beer, wine, etc) increase your daily water demands. A great place to start your path to hydration is making a log of just how much water you consume. Log it for a week and then start with small goals to gradually increase your consumption! Happy HYDRATING!!
